Royal Portrush-discount golf clubs

Bernard Darwin, in his book "British Isles on the golf course”, Portrush golf course has been described as "If I was not obsessed with trivia, I would choose the Portrush embedded in the Atlantic coast near to spend my rest life.” Indeed this coast has an unusual landscape. In the east are the white rocks; piled high in the reef rock is a beautiful castle hill, west insishowen Mountains.
Since its Creation in 1888, the Royal Portrush Club golf course has been traded many times, while the 18-hole golf course truly became standard championship golf course in 1892. At that time its name was changed to the Royal Golf Club. As the sponsor always changed, the golf course was eventually named the Royal Portrush.
In fact, the Royal Portrush is only beach golf course hosted the British Open among many Ireland Beach golf course (1951, won by Max Faulkner). Royal Portrush has always been the host of North Ireland amateur golf tournament. In the past eight years, Royal Portrush and Royal County Down Golf co-hosted the British Senior Open. Some famous players such as Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and Tom Waston have been on the court to shine.
Amateur golf has always been very popular in Ireland. The four regional tournaments are hosted by fixed golf courses. Portrush in County Antrim Northern Ireland; Baltray;,Louth County in the eastern part of Ireland. Sligo Rosses Point in the west of Ireland, and Lahinch Clare County in the south of Ireland.
