One day an office technician got a call from a user named David. David told the tech that his computer couldnot work now. He described the problem and the tech arrived at the conclusion that the computer needed to be brought in and serviced.
The technician told David to Unplug the power cord and bring it up here and I will fix it.
About fifteen minutes later he shows up at his door with the power cord in her hand.
